Instant Availability was established in 2006, with the recovery site ‘The Continuum’ opening in 2007.
Disaster recovery isn’t just about recovering lost data, it’s also about providing you and your staff a place to conduct your business. Instant Availability has invested in a purpose built recovery centre in Mytholmroyd, Halifax, ideal for companies along the M62 corridor. With the team’s combined experience in providing affordable bespoke solutions for the SME market you can be sure that your requirements will be met.

Our Site
The Continuum is a purpose built workplace recovery site with an added safety factor of protection against area wide incidents and setbacks being the location.
Located on Moderna Business Park in Yorkshire, near to the Lancashire border, the site is distanced from any major conurbations or city centres.
The building benefits from high-resolution video surveillance both throughout the building and to the exterior. There is ample free car parking on site and easy
access to the local train and bus networks. The site is easily accessible by the A646 Burnley Road on higher ground in Mytholmroyd and remains unaffected by flooding.
Our Facilities
The purpose built facility is fitted out in a clean, modern style. All office
facilities are available on site and each work station is equipped with desk, chair, telephone and laptop/PC. Standard office printers
and fax machines are located in the recovery suites.
Suites are available for 4, 8, 12 and 100 persons. On-site facilities include a rest area, breakout area,
meeting rooms and a fully functional boardroom with modern presentation facilities. Telephony is provided by a state of the art Samsung switch
offering DDI, VOiP and call recording.
