Workplace Recovery is a vital part of any backup strategy, but sometimes it's not clear exactly what it is and how it works.
Below you will find a list of our frequently asked questions and the answers to go with them. If your question is not listed here please contact us and a member of our team will be more than happy to help with your query.

Workplace Recovery is a subscription based facility that your business and team can relocate to at short notice in the event of the worst happening.

Workplace recovery is not just for large organisations. Studies show that 20% of all companies will suffer fire, theft, flood or storm damage, power failure or hardware/software disaster. Of those businesses, 43% will never re-open. Why take the risk?

Workplace Recovery is similar to an insurance; it reduces your Consequential Loss insurance premiums, it adds no intrinsic value to the efficiency or profitability of your organisation – except on the day that something catastrophic happens. At that moment, it then becomes the most valuable investment you’ve ever made.

Our office facilities on site include a work station for each user which is equipped with desk, chair, telephone and PC. Standard office printers and fax machines are located in the recovery suites. The on-site facilities include a breakout area, training room, meeting rooms and a fully functional boardroom with modern presentation facilities. Telephony is provided by a state of the art Samsung switch offering legally admissible call recording.

A secure server room is available which offers a selection of dedicated and shared rack space for customers to install their own equipment.

The Continuum benefits from a full access control system and high-resolution video surveillance throughout the building, as well as covering our secure parking facilities.

We are located in West Yorkshire, close to the Lancashire border. Our site is situated at Moderna Business Park and is easily accessible by the A646 Burnley Road on higher ground in Mytholmroyd.
